Professional staff. Perfectly situated near transit options and local eateries, it was an easy spot for exploration.

The shared shower facilities were a bit challenging to use,, and noise from the street made sleeping difficult during early mornings. No in-room amenities like a toilet.

The room was clean and equipped with hot showers available at any hour, a nice perk after a long day. The location is prime, close to shops and the tube station.

The windows opened hard and creaked, a bit of a hassle. The underwhelming shower pressure and separated WC. Plus, the lack of Wi-Fi is a real miss in this day and age-charging for it is unacceptable. The layout necessitated tricky access through a dark alley, and there was noticeable noise from deliveries and garbage collection early in the morning.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to both shops and the tube station, making it very convenient for sightseeing in the city.

Everything about it was nice. The staff members were flexible and attentive. The restaurant was perfect for breakfast. Location: the hotel was so close to a nice convenient area, and a quiet neighbourhood. Cafe Andersen Bakery located 1 km away was a nice surprise.
